The Opportunity
As a Credit Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of the investment process—supporting strategic decisions, managing loan portfolios, and driving performance insights across a diverse range of property projects. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to high-value deals in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-depth market research and financial modelling to assess property investment opportunities
• Manage and track loan data, performance metrics, and monthly reporting
• Prepare credit papers and Investment Committee submissions
• Coordinate drawdowns and liaise with stakeholders across Melbourne and Brisbane
• Monitor deal performance and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
• Support due diligence and collaborate with internal teams and external consultants
• Create investment memorandums, reports, and presentations for key stakeholders

What You Bring

• A degree in Property, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in property analysis, valuation, or investment (preferred)
• Strong Excel skills and financial modelling capabilities
• Familiarity with property research tools (e.g., CoreLogic, RP Data, REIV)
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, self-starting attitude and a genuine interest in property markets

The remuneration confirmed by our client is $120,000 - 160,000 + superannuation.
