your role
This is a newly created Commercial Property Manager role, driven by internal promotion.

Looking for an experienced Residntial Property Manager that is seeking to step up into the Commercial space.

• Take a small portfolio on initially which will grow over time. Assets include industrial, commercial, and retail properties
• Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, maintenance coordination, arrears management, inspections, and insurance
• Supported by Assistant Property Managers and a full-time Inspection Officer
• Opportunity to contribute to streamlining systems and improving internal processes

your advantage
Perfect for someone with Residential or Commercial PM experience looking to grow.

• 1–2 years’ experience managing a property portfolio
• Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate, current Police Check, valid driver’s licence, and reliable vehicle required
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
• Cirrus8 and Retail Leases Act knowledge advantageous but not essential
