About the role:

A Reservations Consultant role with a focus on providing the best customer service and knowledge of North Queensland to best assist customers.

• Provide tailored travel advice and manage end-to-end bookings for clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and guides.
• Maintain CRM, process invoices, manage emails, and perform admin tasks.
• Support social media and newsletter communications.
• Provide great customer service.

What we're looking for:

• Candidate must have completed Certificate III in Travel and Tourism or a similar travel diploma or degree (desired)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for customer service.
• Experience with XERO (preferred)
• Knowledge of North Queensland.
• A valid Driver's License
• Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
