Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and drive a motivated sales team to exceed monthly sales targets
• Deliver exceptional service and resolve client issues with speed and professionalism
• Develop the team through coaching, KPIs, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with leadership to align team goals with business strategy
• Use data insights (sales, conversion, margins) to manage and improve performance
• Ensure strong client relationships and consistent service excellence
