We’re looking for reliable Mechanical Trades Assistants to support fitters, boilermakers, and site supervisors on a large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project. If you’ve worked in construction, civil, or renewables and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, this is a great foot in the door.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with mechanical installation, racking, and component placement
  
  
• Using basic hand and power tools to support tradespeople
  
  
• Helping with loading, unloading and moving materials across site
  
  
• Keeping work areas clean and safe
  
  
• Following instructions and site safety procedures
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous site or construction experience
  
  
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  
  
• White Card (mandatory)
  
  
• Driver’s licence
  
  
• Experience working with mechanical or structural components is a bonus
