About the role:

• Work across matters involving public liability, product liability, personal injury, and property damage.
• Draft pleadings, advice, and correspondence for complex claims.
• Appear in court and attend mediations, often alongside senior lawyers.
• Liaise directly with insurer clients, insureds, and experts.
• Conduct legal research and develop strategic litigation advice.
• Collaborate closely with experienced, approachable senior lawyers.
• Gain access to national training programs and structured career development.

The ideal candidate:

• 2–5 years' post-admission experience in insurance litigation (defendant preferred).
• A proactive and commercial mindset.
• Strong drafting, advocacy and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
