About the role:

• Work closely with a diverse range of high-profile clients.
• Navigate intricacies of employment relationships and utilise your legal knowledge and provide strategic counsel.
• Be involved in all facets of employment, which will encompass discrimination, workplace policies, redundancies, anti-discrimination, workplace investigations, contracts & agreements, harassment & bullying and dispute resolution, etc.
• Stay up to date with changes to laws and regulations relating to employment.

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer with at least 4+ years PQE, with a commercial & client focused outlook.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent time management skills, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
