NOW HIRING: Construction Civil/Remedial Personnel

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Civil/Remedial Personnel to support a range of projects within the water/wastewater industry. This role includes both hands-on site work and basic quality control tasks relating to patching, coatings, and epoxy applications.

You’ll be part of a dedicated crew working on critical water infrastructure upgrades, with long-term opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in concrete repair works (patching, grouting, epoxy applications)

Surface preparation and application of protective coatings

Use hand/power tools (grinders, mixers, pressure washers, etc.)

Support confined space and working-at-heights activities

Maintain work area cleanliness and adhere to site safety rules

Conduct basic Quality Control tasks, including:

Visual inspection of surface prep and coating applications

Monitoring cure times and environmental conditions (temp/humidity)

Recording work activities for compliance with Sydney Water standards

Reporting defects and non-conformances to supervisor

Essential Requirements:

White Card (Construction Induction)

Confined Space Entry certification – Required

Working at Heights certification – Required

Full Driver’s Licence and reliable transport

Physically fit, reliable, and safety conscious

Desirable:

Experience with epoxy coatings, patching, and surface remediation

Understanding of quality assurance in remedial works

Previous work in the water industry, council, or infrastructure projects

Additional tickets (First Aid, EWP, Traffic Control, etc.)
