The Director, Infrastructure Planning and Delivery has a leadership role with HIQ and will be accountable for the successful planning and delivery of capital projects/programs they are assigned. The Director, will lead a project team/s (Project Directors, Project Managers and Projects Officers), providing clear direction in navigating through complex / substantial risk projects to drive quality infrastructure outcomes in partnership with HHSs.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in delivering large scale complex projects within a health infrastructure service delivery environment or similar.
• Experience in leading and managing a high performing team while ensuring quality human and financial resources practices are adhered to.
• Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiations skills at a senior level, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other industry partners to achieve required outcomes.
• The ability to plan, manage and implement strategic solutions in managing outcomes for a large-scale project.
