ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are seeking a clinically focused Remedial Massage Therapist who is trained in all facets of remedial massage therapy such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, joint mobilisation, and myofascial release. Experience working with patients with spinal conditions or post-surgical patients would be ideal. The role will require the delivery of massage and/or manual therapy. The ideal candidate will be seeking to work in a clinical environment and possess sound clinical reasoning skills, inter-disciplinary communication, and high emotional intelligence. We are looking for a team-player, capable of forming an integral part of a multi-disciplinary approach to optimising the outcomes for patients.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Qualification of Advanced Diploma in Remedial Massage

Minimum 1 year experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist

Current registration with a nationally recognized association such as the Australian Natural Therapists Association

Professional indemnity and liability insurance

Impeccable standards of personal presentation and hygiene

Comfortable and competent with digital communication

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Full-time position (Monday to Friday)

Minimum hourly income for full-time employment is $37-$39 depending on relevant experience and qualifications
