Mattick Air, Melbourne’s go-to HVAC team — friendly, skilled, and a little bit fun. We work on everything from Office Towers, Warehouses, Retail Giants, and the occasional Fancy Residential project, keeping buildings comfortable and employees happy. And now, we’re on the lookout for a new team member to join our ranks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Servicing, repairing, and maintaining a bunch of cool (and warm) HVAC systems

Diagnosing those “what’s wrong with this thing?” moments

Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance to keep things running smoothly

Chatting with customers and making them feel confident their systems are in good hands

Staying safe, tidy, and up to code

What We’re Looking For:

Trade qualification in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or similar

Experience working with commercial/industrial HVAC systems (bonus points for chillers and complex setups)

Valid refrigerant handling license (Arctick or equivalent) and a driver’s license too

Sharp problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude

Clear communicator who explains things without the need for a translator

Self-motivated BUT isn’t afraid to ask for help when needed
