Complete Staff Solutions, in partnership with Ballina Shire Council, is seeking a skilled Backhoe Operator for ongoing civil works in the Ballina region.

What You'll Do:

Operate backhoe machinery for excavation, trenching, and site preparation

Follow project specifications with attention to safety and quality

Perform daily checks and minor maintenance to ensure equipment reliability

Work closely with site supervisors and crew to meet project goals

Maintain compliance with all WHS standards on site

What You’ll Need:

Demonstrated experience operating a backhoe

Valid driver's licence

White Card (Construction Induction)

Relevant backhoe operating ticket or certification

Solid knowledge of safe work practices and civil construction procedures

Ability to communicate effectively and contribute to a team environment
