It’s an exciting time with the business well positioned for growth and seeking a Sales Executive to join our team.
Location:
We’re open to candidates based in either Brisbane (HQ) or Sydney (NSW territory) — the right person is more important than the postcode. Whether you’re HQ-based and happy to travel or locally based with territory insight, we’re keen to hear from you.
Purpose of Role:
Drive revenue growth by identifying, targeting, and closing new business opportunities in the childcare sector.
Proactively build and manage a robust pipeline of leads to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Forge strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs and ensure long-term retention.
Represent The Wellbeing Food Co. as a trusted leader in the childcare and food industry.
Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive growth by identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities in the childcare sector through strategic prospecting, cold outreach, and networking.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently generating and nurturing leads to exceed targets.
Convert prospects into loyal clients through impactful tastings and presentations that highlight the value of The Wellbeing Food Co.’s offerings.
Strengthen client relationships by providing exceptional service, identifying upsell opportunities, and fostering referrals for long-term success.
Expand brand visibility by representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
Collaborate across teams to align marketing and operations efforts for seamless client experiences.
Leverage CRM tools to track sales activities, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
Model company values in all interactions, aligning client engagement with The Wellbeing Food Co.’s purpose.
Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account acquisition (FMCG, foodservice, or education sector preferred)
Flexibility to travel interstate is essential — if based in QLD, availability to travel to NSW at least one week per month is required.
Thrives on hunting for new opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and digital sales tools to track, manage, and optimize customer relationships.
Possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Is self-motivated, highly proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates excellent presentation and negotiation skills, tailoring solutions to client needs.
