Responsibilities:

Contribution to produce nutritious meals and up to 30 children a day

General cleaning duties

Record keeping as per requirements

Ensuring the safety and welfare of the children

Food preparation

Allergy awareness training

integrate cooking lessons and gardening into the programme

Role Requirements:

A genuine interest and passion in working with children

Current working with children check

Co-ordinate the food purchase and ordering within the budget

Good experience in food handling and menu preparation

Job tasks and responsibilities

We are looking for someone who loves cooking and creating simple but delicious food for our children. We have created a menu and it's easy to follow, however we encourage you to cook, create and develop your own menu over time!

The role:

We require support from the morning to the early afternoon during weekdays only. This would fit well around a hospitality or evening job and you are free to organise your own working week.

The previous cook will offer plenty of training and support so you are set up for success.
