The Role
As a Support Officer at TAFE SA, you'll provide high-quality admin and frontline support. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering friendly, solution-focused support via phone, email & in-person
- Assisting with enrolments, accounts & general enquiries
- Supporting teams with admin tasks & information access
- Maintaining accurate records (database, Microsoft Office)
- Collaborating with colleagues across campuses
- Upholding student-centered values in a dynamic setting

- ASO2 salary ($58,709 - $63,154 p.a.) + Super

Special Conditions
- A valid DHS Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain) prior to employment
- Some out of hours work may be required, a flexible approach to out of hours is essential including weekends.
- Some intrastate/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required
- Operational and working hours may be adjusted according to business needs.
- May be required to work in different teams as workload demand changes
- Eligibility to work in Australia
