About the Position

Working as part of a small, experienced team, you’ll contribute to the analysis and reporting of fund performance and support key commercial decisions across a growing portfolio of real estate assets. The role offers excellent learning and development, with broad exposure across both finance and investment functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly fund performance reports
• Support financial modelling for acquisitions, developments, and asset management initiatives
• Help maintain internal dashboards and investor reporting packs
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends and asset performance
• Work with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure accurate financial data and insights

About You

• 1–3 years’ experience in a finance, investment, or property-related role
• Degree qualified in finance, commerce, economics, or a related field
• Comfortable working with financial models and large data sets
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in property and investment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
