Operating as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO #5800) for over two decades, ABC Training & Consulting (formerly Alan Bartlett Consulting) specialises in the delivery of qualifications in Laboratory Operations, Pathology, and Manufacturing. Our focus has been on providing industry-specific, workplace-based training that combines practical, hands-on learning with flexible theoretical delivery — either online or paper-based. We deliver training at all educational levels — from secondary schools to industry — and pride ourselves on customising solutions for both national clients and small businesses. With over 1,500 enrolments per year, our team is focused on quality, compliance, and building meaningful partnerships that deliver real outcomes for learners and employers.
Key Responsibilities
Process student enrolments in aXcelerate
Conduct quality assurance checks
Process completions, suspensions, extensions, transitions, withdrawals and certificate issuance
Maintain accurate records (digital and physical) including scanning, archiving, and secure disposal
Provide high-quality communication and support to internal and external stakeholders
Support training staff by preparing learning materials and coordinating printing or resource needs
Assist with the implementation of new systems or processes
Coordinate minor office errands and logistics, including mail, supplies, catering, and event setup
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional office environment
Essential Criteria
Demonstrated experience in administration or data entry
Excellent attention to detail and high data accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence using software systems, databases, or CRMs
Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Digital Identity (e.g. myID/myGovID) for access to the Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM)
Australian working rights
Desirable Criteria
Experience in the vocational education and training (VET) sector
Familiarity with aXcelerate or similar student management systems
Understanding of compliance and quality requirements in an RTO setting
Basic understanding of records management and WHS requirements
