Are you an experienced scaffolder ready to step up and lead residential projects with autonomy and confidence? An established and award-winning residential builder based in Mandurah is seeking a skilled Senior Scaffolder to join their dedicated team.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality scaffolding solutions on a range of residential construction projects across the Mandurah area. Working primarily on houses and boutique builds, you’ll be responsible for overseeing site scaffolding activities from start to finish, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency at all times.

What You’ll Bring

✅ Current scaffolding license/tickets
✅ At least 4–5 years of scaffolding experience
✅ Proven ability to run jobs independently and supervise works on-site
✅ HR license preferred (not essential)
✅ Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and site standards
✅ Residential scaffolding experience highly regarded
