About the Role

As a qualified tradesman (considering unlicensed tradesmen for the role as well), you’ll be hands-on with residential and commercial solar and electrical installations across Sydney. General maintenance electrical and New build wiring. You’ll help manage jobs from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain and repair solar PV and general electrical systems

Read and interpret electrical plans and drawings

Test, install, and commission systems

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Communicate clearly with clients and team members

Maintain accurate job documentation and reports

What We’re Looking For:

NSW Electrical Licence

CEC Accreditation (Grid-Connect) preferred or willing to obtain

Demonstrated experience in solar installations

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

High attention to detail and commitment to safety

Current driver’s licence and white card

Ability to work independently and in a team

Positive attitude and professional presentation
