We’re now seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Manager (NSW/ACT/South Island New Zealand) to drive revenue growth across our portfolio – including magazine, website, social media, EDMs, and other digital assets.

About the Role
You will manage an established client base across (Sydney, Regional NSW, ACT & the South Island New Zealand) with a focus on growing the territory through new business development and strategic partnerships. The role is flexible and we are open to those seeking full time work (or for the role being 3–4 days per week) and Sydney-based.

A mix of home office work and some travel required.

A competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure will be offered to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across all platforms

Manage and expand relationships with direct clients and agencies

Pitch and present advertising solutions across multiple media channels

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting

Collaborate with editorial, creative, and marketing teams

Identify market opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends

Deliver regular sales forecasts and performance insights

About You

3–5+ years’ experience in media or advertising sales

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

You are keen to get out in front of clients for face-to-face meetings

Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets

CRM and digital advertising platform experience

Highly organised with strong time management skills

Knowledge of golf and the golf industry is a plus, but not essential

A self-starter with a home office setup and willingness to travel
