About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Agronomist to join our respected Field Services Team. This is an exceptional opportunity to apply your skills across a diverse and challenging region, working directly with our valued clients in beef, dairy and equine industries, as well as small-scale and lifestyle farms.
You will work alongside experienced agronomists and industry specialists, gaining exposure to a wide range of agricultural systems and delivering practical, science-based advice to improve pasture performance, animal health, and farm productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional agronomic advice focused on pasture management, animal nutrition, soil health, and crop protection.
Assist clients in optimising productivity through sound technical recommendations.
Support a broad range of agricultural systems including grazing, seasonal cropping, and equine pasture management.
Engage in continuous learning through our partnership with CRT and Nutrien training programs.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
Either a practicing Agronomist or a recent or upcoming tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Science or a related discipline.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A genuine passion for agriculture, particularly pasture and livestock systems.
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from industry leaders.
A commitment to excellent customer service and delivering practical outcomes.
Must be an Australian resident.
