We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist with a passion for assessments to join our dynamic team in New South Wales. This is a full-time, assessment-focused role, ideal for a clinician who thrives with working flexibly and providing person-centred care.

The Role:
Conduct primarily Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) across various locations within regional NSW, with the opportunity to travel interstate and expand into assistive technology and minor home modifications.
Undertaking assessments for a variety of participants all different ages and diagnoses within participant homes, schools and communities.
Travel and conduct assessments during a 4-day work week (flexibly rostered across Monday–Friday) depending on demand and location.
Allocate dedicated time for report writing and analysis from an office base.
Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes for NDIS participants.
Travel to rural communities for assessments, with all arrangements and appointments handled by our admin and operations teams. With oversight from management, team leaders, and clinical staff, you’ll have the support you need to focus on delivering exceptional care.
What we’re looking for:
AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist with nil restrictions.
Minimum of 2 years Occupational Therapy experience.
Demonstrated experience or strong interest in Functional Capacity Assessments and NDIS.
Strong written communication and time management skills.
Willingness and flexibility to travel across New South Wales and Interstate via both flying and driving.
