Oversee and manage the maintenance role at our Springwood Terrace Care Community based in Springwood.

About the role:
- Based at Springwood Terrace Care Community
- Full Time role
- Monday - Friday
- 7am – 3pm
- $35.65 per hour

Role responsibilities and requirements:
- Previous experience in a facilities or accommodation setting
- Trade Qualifications in Construction/Electrical/Plumbing desirable, not essential
- Building and equipment maintenance on an ongoing basis
- Liaison with external contractors where required
- Lawn and garden maintenance as required
- Management of Fire Safety & Evacuation Procedures
