About the Position

Due to continued growth in the KDRB market and growth in build regions, our client is in need of an experienced New Home Sales Consultant who specialises in the KDRB market.

Monday to Friday roaming role

Meeting clients on site or in head office

Qualifying potential leads

Provide quotations and tender presentations

Finalisation of sales paperwork

Assist with plan modifications and customisations

Network with land developers

Skills and Experience

Candidates must be able to demonstrate

A proven track record in new home sales working for a project builder

KDRB knowledge and experience

A can do positive attitude

Customer service focus and integrity

Excellent presentation and communication

Organisation and attention to detail

Highly motivated and sales driven
