The Opportunity
Due to company growth, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our Brisbane team. This role offers a clear career progression path and the opportunity to work in a vibrant, high-energy environment in the heart of Brisbane's CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates

Identify and target new business opportunities across various industries

Manage the full 360-degree recruitment process

Source and place candidates using extensive company resources

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary of $65,000-$75,000 + Super

Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of $150,000-$250,000+

About You:

Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a desire to exceed expectations

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

Full sales cycle experience is essential
