Looking for a Hands-On Workshop Supervisor for a Caravan Dealership to supervise a small Team to complete tasks such as mechanical servicing, metal fabrication and repairs, repairing cabinetry, draw runners and timber framing, removing and replacing aluminium wall and roof paneling, windows and roof vents/ skylights, silicon finish work, repairing and replacing damaged wall framing including stapling/ screwing and glueing, manufacturing replacement internal wall panels, external panels, fabricate metal sheeting, plumbing and some light 12volt work. Ideally we are looking for someone with a dedicated eye for detail and a great skill set along with the ability to Supervise and time manage workshop staff to ensure daily tasks are met in a timely manner to an acceptable high standard.
