Your new role

In your new role you may be responsible for:

• Site preparation and clean-up: Clearing debris, setting up barricades, and maintaining a tidy work area
• Material handling: Loading, unloading, and moving building materials to designated areas
• Tool and equipment use: Operating basic hand and power tools like jackhammers, grinders, and drills
• Assisting tradespeople: Supporting carpenters, concreters, electricians, and other skilled workers
• Safety compliance: Following site safety protocols, wearing PPE, and reporting hazards

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this position, you will need to have the following.

• Proven experience in the construction field - commercial projects
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team efficiently
• Hold a valid white card, asbestos awareness, and silica awareness tickets
• Hold a valid C-class drivers' licence and a reliable vehicle
• A good understanding of WHS policies and procedures on site
