We are seeking an experienced and motivated Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality training and assessment for Certificate III and IV in Fitness across multiple cohorts through a blend of online and face-to-face methods. You will ensure a positive student experience, maintain compliance, and support learners from enrolment through to graduation.

Position Overview
As a Trainer and Assessor for our Fitness qualifications, you will deliver our nationally recognised Fitness qualifications to a variety of student cohorts (SBATs, Traineeships, Athletes) both face-to-face and online. You will be responsible for ensuring a high quality training and assessment, supporting students throughout their learning journey and maintaining compliance with RTO standards. You will ensure a positive student experience, maintain compliance, and support learners from enrolment through to graduation.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Assessment: Deliver SIS30321 Certificate III and SIS40221 Certificate IV in Fitness programs to a variety of student cohorts via Zoom, face-to-face, and intensive workshops. Assess student work including online quizzes, practical observations and online workbook submissions.

Student Support: Provide individualised guidance to students across all cohorts (SBATs, trainees, athletes, and general public).

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly stakeholders which may include school contacts, gym managers, ANPs, player development managers, and parents. Coordinate onboarding and course scheduling with One Training team.

RTO Compliance and Quality: Maintain accurate records in line with ASQA and Smart & Skilled compliance, participate in audits, reviews, internal reporting processes and assist in reviewing and updating course materials.

Administration & Reporting: Completion of enrolment records, assessment outcomes, and unit completions, together with the preparation and submission of documentation for funded programs.

Compliance Management: Maintain compliance with RTO standards and Smart and Skilled funding requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).

Certificate III and IV in Fitness.

Experience in training and assessment of the Certificate III and IV in Fitness, with familiarity across various student cohorts (SBATs, Traineeships, and fee-for-service).

Strong knowledge of RTO compliance and regulatory requirements.

Proven ability to connect with and support students through their learning journey.

Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
