CPR First Aid is a nationally registered training organisation (RTO 21903) delivering accredited first aid and CPR courses across Australia. With nearly 20 years of experience, we are passionate about equipping individuals and workplaces with the knowledge and confidence to respond in emergencies. Our training is practical, engaging, and always focused on real-world application. We are currently looking for 2 FULL TIME trainers and 3 contract trainers ($60-$70ph). Start ASAP! Currently, we have venues in Sydney CBD, Parramatta, Hornsby, Liverpool, Canterbury and some other occasional suburban locations. Classes are available 7 days per week.

What we're looking for:

Must be a qualified First Aid Trainer with a preferred minimum 3 months of experience as a first aid trainer for a reputable RTO

Must be available to commence our 2-day induction program ASAP (upon successful recruitment we will pay a one-off $500 induction fee after one month with the company)

Our permanent training venues are equipped with training equipment so equipment is provided

Competitive session rates for contractors

We offer a fun and interactive community for trainers

Must Have:

Hold the current or equivalent TAE40116

Current HLTAID011 Provide first aid qualification (can be obtained in induction process if not up to date), as well as HLTAID012.

HLTAID014 Provide advanced first aid is a plus, but not essential

First aid industry experience (with evidence) and be available to start immediately

Must have a license and reliable car for suburban locations

Desirable - Experience in other courses such as food safety, child protection, RSA, etc desirable but not essential (requires SoA and industry experience)
