We are seeking professional and enthusiastic Registered and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our Permanent Pool team. Located on the northern Gold Coast, Pindara Private Hospital is a leading acute medical, surgical, and maternity facility with a proud history of over 50 years delivering world-class healthcare to our growing community.

About the Role

This is a hospital-wide position, offering the opportunity to work across a variety of clinical areas. Key responsibilities include:

• Patient assessment, monitoring, and care planning
• Assisting with clinical procedures
• Educating patients and their families
• Effective communication and collaboration within the multidisciplinary team
• Responding to clinical emergencies
• Accurate and timely documentation
• Participation in quality improvement initiatives

This role is well-suited to nurses with experience in general surgical, cardiology, vascular, urology, plastics, orthopaedic and acute care nursing who are adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent patient care.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our skilled team, you will:

• Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care in a post-operative surgical setting.
• Monitor and assess patients throughout their recovery, responding to clinical changes.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to maintaining a supportive and inclusive team culture.

About You

• Relevant registration with AHPRA.
• Ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patients.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain good working relations with others.
• Ability to be flexible and work a rotating roster.
• Understanding scope of practice.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.

Remuneration:

• RN On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $41.89 - $54.01+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 gr2-gr8).
• EN On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $35.78 - $39.96 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD EEN level 1-2 gr1-gr6).
