We’re a small, family-run HVAC business built on trust, pride in our work, and genuine care for our team. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled full-time Installation Technician to join our tight-knit crew.

🛠️ About the Role:

• Install split systems, ducted units, VRF/VRV and ventilation systems in both Residential and Commercial settings

• Maintain a clean and professional job site

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

• Take pride in your workmanship and work with autonomous initiative

👷‍♂️ What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in Air Conditioning/HVAC installation (preferred)

• A strong work ethic and commitment to providing great results for our team and clients, the ability to work unsupervised and autonomously

• A positive attitude and team-first mentality

• Relevant trade qualifications and (manual) driver’s licence

• ARC licence

• Restricted electrical licence

• White card (Construction)

• QBCC Occupational licence (Preferred)
