The Role We’re on the hunt for experienced Air Conditioning Installers to join our growing Hervey Bay branch. This role offers full-time stability, a great team environment, and opportunities to work on a wide variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install split systems, ducted systems

* Interpret design layouts and run installations to spec

* Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards

* Maintain clean and professional workmanship across all jobs

What We’re Looking For:

* Qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic (Cert III)

* Arctick Refrigerant Handling Licence

* Current driver’s licence

* Construction White Card

* Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship

* Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
