Gateway Marine Shipwrights provide a range of services including composite and timber general maintenance, alteration and construction, refits and project management. Providing quality craftsmanship, the artisan skills of our shipwrights are immeasurable and vast.

Qualifications & experience

• Basic trade knowledge of power tools
• Working with composite materials including fibre glass & carbon (preferred but not essential)
• Working with timber (preferred but not essential)
• Painting experience (preferred but not essential)
• A great eye for detail
• An interest in the marine industry

Most of our projects are located on site at our workshops or in the surrounding local marine precincts with the occasional opportunity to travel interstate or overseas. Company cars are supplied for work purposes.

This position is for an immediate start. Only applicants currently living in a relative location to our workshop at Murarrie/ Gold Coast will be considered.
