The position:

Immediate flexible fulltime start

Full training and support will be provided.

Welcoming our patients and visitors and providing excellent customer care

Invoice and processing payments

Answering phone and online enquiries

Appointment book management

All reception duties and other administrative tasks

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience preferred but not essential as receptionist/ customer service.

Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional manner at all times
