An exciting opportunity now exists to join us as the Head of Clinical Quality Compliance - a full time office based role for a highly experience Registered Nurse, focused on maintaining and improving Nurse Next Door's clinical quality and compliance capabilities across all areas of our business, ensuring each client receives the highest quality care, whilst meeting all regulatory requirements.

The Position:

The Head of Clinical Quality Compliance reports to the CEO, working closely with all areas of the business and plays a critical role as part of the Nurse Next Door Australia executive leadership team, ensuring our Franchise Network is providing care that meets the highest clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and oversee scheduled system audits and quality compliance inspections, providing follow up with corrective action reports as necessary

Support and coordinate the updating and maintaining of Policies and Procedures to comply with the latest legislation and compliance

Stay up to date on changes to relevant laws and regulations

Undertake a range of audits against the accreditation standards related to Aged Care, NDIS and the general provision of home care .

Collaborate with stakeholders across quality, complaints, customer service and Franchise Partner training and support

Support the development of effective corrective actions and improvement plans, working collaboratively with the executive leadership team.

Coach, mentor and supervise direct reports to build a high-performing Clinical Quality Compliance team.

Preparation for external regulator visits including reaccreditation.

Contributes to the development of Quality and Compliance related education resources

Strong experience in a compliance role in the NDIS/Aged Care sector

An experienced Registered Nurse, with great attention to detail, acting as a subject matter expert on strategic initiatives relevant to clinical operations.

Strong understanding of the relevant laws and regulations in both NDIS and Aged Care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
