The Role

Reporting to the Finance Director and managing a finance team of five, the key responsibilities will be to:

Help put the organisation’s Strategic Plan into action within your team.

Provide clear and useful financial and operational reports to spot ways to improve how the organisation performs in different areas.

Lead how financial performance is tracked and reported across the organisation.

Take charge of cost-benefit analysis and create business cases to support important investments that align with the Strategic Plan and make the organisation more efficient.

Prepare and present annual and long-term budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for Executive Directors.

Work closely with key people across the organisation and build strong, effective relationships.

Oversee finance and accounting support for regional offices to make sure they follow the rules and manage money well.

Your Background

Strong business partnering experience and able to influence non-finance stakeholders. This bit is key.

Solid experience with budgeting, forecasting

Tertiary qualification in accounting or related field and CPA/CA qualification.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central highly regarded).
