About the role
This Payroll & HR Officer role is hands-on and autonomous. You’ll run weekly payroll and partner with senior leaders across HR compliance, onboarding and reporting. This is a flat-structured environment where you'll get full end-to-end exposure.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Process accurate, end-to-end weekly payroll for a large, casual workforce
• Ensure compliance across payroll and operations
• Reconcile reports, payroll data, and statutory obligations
• Partner with senior leaders regarding onboarding and employee lifecycle tasks
• Identify risks and drive improvements in payroll processes

Skills and experience

• Solid experience in end-to-end payroll (ideally weekly)
• 3-6years experience ideally
• Comfortable working solo in a stand-alone role within a supportive team environment
• Confident partnering with HR, Operations, Finance including Executives
• Process-driven, with a curious mind and strong attention to detail
