Our client is a successful and long standing business in the retail, wholesale, manufacturing, construction sector. They require an experienced AP person to manage the end to end payables function for the group, alongside another AP staff member.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing and coding invoices (3500 per month for 2 people)
Obtaining payment approval
Reconciling creditors statements
Weekly payment runs
Dealing with supplier queries
Working in a team of 11, our ideal applicant will be a positive person with extensive accounts payable experience in a high volume enviroment. You also should be proficient on Excel.
The position offers flexibility to work 76 hours over 9 days, with 1 day off a fortnight. In addition there is flexibility to start earlier or later and WFH 1 day per week.
