🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Maintain regular contact with a portfolio of key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Manage client contract renewals and proactively identify upsell opportunities.

Prepare and deliver quotes across a wide range of technology products including:

Telephones, computers, printers, and accessories

Ongoing services such as NBN, telephone services, and IT support

Collaborate with the Senior Sales Representative to assist with quoting and follow-ups for their client base.

Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in account management or sales, preferably in the tech or telecommunications sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

A team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.

Familiarity with quoting tools and CRM systems is a plus.
