ABC are seeking to find a reliable and proactive IT & Maintenance Technician to join our team based out of our Grafton Office with the flexibility to work from home one day a week. This is a hands-on role that blends technical IT support with general office maintenance, perfect for someone who enjoys tech, practical problem-solving and travel.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
IT Support
Manage ordering, setup, and maintenance of IT hardware and software
Provide remote IT support via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams
Set up devices and user accounts for employees (e.g. laptops, phones, printers)
Maintain the company website, ensuring content is accurate and functional
Maintain internal systems and software platforms.
Maintenance & Asset Management
Assist in setting up new office locations, including furniture assembly and equipment setup
Conduct regular office inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance (e.g. signage, fire equipment)
Maintain accurate records of company assets, IT devices, servicing, and compliance schedules
Liaise with tradespeople, suppliers, and real estate agents for facilities-related needs
Manage vehicle servicing, cleanliness, and compliance (e.g. logbooks, inspections)
Conduct WHS inspections and evacuation drills; maintain the WHS register
Regular travel between ABC office locations (manual vehicle provided for work travel)
Essential Requirements
Experience with IT setup, troubleshooting, and basic systems administration
Proven experience maintaining equipment, facilities, and vehicles in compliance with safety standards
Basic website management or content editing experience
Current and valid Driver’s Licence
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)

Strong technical skills across hardware, software, and troubleshooting
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with internal teams and external providers
High level of initiative and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
