At Gayton Psychology, we specialise in psychological assessments and therapy for children, adolescents, and families - including ADHD, Autism, cognitive, learning, and emotional/behavioural presentations. As demand continues to grow, we’re expanding our team and seeking a warm, client-focused psychologist who is passionate about both assessment and therapy.

Variety in Clinical Work
Enjoy a diverse role that includes conducting psychological assessments and/or delivering therapy to children, adolescents, and their families. You’ll have the opportunity to tailor your caseload based on your strengths and interests.
Flexible Hours & Locations
Work as little as one day per week or build a fuller caseload - it’s up to you. See clients from our rooms in Niddrie, Keilor, Werribee and Melton.
Admin Support
We take care of bookings, billing, and client enquiries so you can focus on clinical care.
Generous Contractor Rates & Supportive Team Culture
Earn 70% of billings and enjoy the benefit of working with a small, collegial team that values autonomy, growth, and neurodiversity-affirming care.
Who We’re Looking For:
AHPRA-registered Psychologist
Skilled in cognitive, educational, ADHD and autism assessments
Confident in delivering therapy to children, adolescents and families
Comfortable liaising with schools, teachers, and medical professionals including paediatricians when needed
Familiar with tools like WISC-V, WPPSI-IV, WIAT-III, Conners-4, BRIEF-2, Vineland-3, ADOS-2, MIGDAS-2
Has or can obtain: ABN, Medicare provider number, NDIS worker screening check, professional indemnity/public liability insurance, WWCC and police check
Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional presence
