About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join the team. We would be open to both New Grads and those experienced applicants who feel they would like to specialise in our area of expertise - the foot and ankle.

As an integral member of our team your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

Providing 1:1 evidence-based in-home physiotherapy services

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and letters

Pain, fatigue and chronic disease management

Assessing client needs, developing personalised rehabilitation plans and implementing strategies to facilities clients return to work and everyday activities.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and case managers to provide high standard of care

About You

Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience you'll have:

Tertiary qualification in your relevant profession (New graduates welcome to apply)

Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident

Full registration with AHPRA (no interim certificates or limited registration please)

Valid driver's licence

Own a car (or have access to reliable transportation)

Excellent communication skills

Police Check (or willing to obtain)
