The role:
Located in Seaford (VIC) this role combines traditional physiotherapy methods with education on the benefits of strength training. Empowering clients to restore strength and confidence, enabling them to continue enjoying the things they love most.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional care as an in-clinic Physiotherapist, providing assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for a diverse and engaged client base.
Support clients across various funding models, including private pay, Medicare, Veterans Affairs, TAC and WorkCover.
Grow your expertise with mentorship and clinical support from senior therapists, including the clinic owner (level of support tailored to experience).
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists and remedial massage therapists, to provide holistic, client-centred care.
Drive internal and external marketing initiatives, supported by your clinic owner, to strengthen community connections and grow the practice.
Required experience:
Bachelor in Physiotherapy with a full AHPRA registration with no restrictions to practice in Australia.
Minimum 1 year of work experience in clinical physiotherapy including private practice.
Understanding of the unique demands of powerlifting, bodybuilding, and strength training is preferred but not essential
Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on skills in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
Motivation to learn and grow, with a passion for helping clients achieve long-term results
