About the role

Guardian Facilities and Property Management Pty ltd is seeking a full-time Multi Skilled Facilities Manager to join our team in Traralgon, Victoria. This hands-on role will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and handyperson services to support the smooth operation of our client facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Carry out a range of general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the broader facilities management team to coordinate service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a facilities maintenance or handyperson, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
• Strong practical skills and knowledge across a range of trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and resolve issues
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
• Current driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
