Job tasks and responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and oversight to Care Partners and Clinical Stream Team Leaders, supporting the Clinical Manager in upholding a robust clinical governance framework that aligns with best practice standards and regulatory requirements.

• Assists in embedding a positive employee culture which respects individuals, supports change and encourages continuous learning and development to ensure a high standard of care and support is provided to consumers

• Assists with overall management of the Clinical Governance framework

• Assists with and oversees and supports the development & Review of service delivery forms, templates etc.

• Ensures and participates in the investigation, resolution/mitigation of service delivery related events (complaints, hazards, incidents, near misses).

• Ensures compliance with consumer file & clinical documentation management processes.

About You

You’re adaptable, enjoy building relationships, and excel in diverse and evolving settings

Minimum Requirements

• Registered Nurse Qualification

• Previous Management experience

• Experience working in an aged, health or community setting.

• Current motor vehicle driver's licence

• National Police Certificate obtained within the last three (3) months

• Working with Vulnerable People card.

Highly desirable

• Experience in Change Management in a complex environment

• An understanding of risk management principles, workplace health and safety and continuous quality improvement processes and their application in the workplace

• High level of relationship, team building and communication skills.

• A high level of understanding for Clinical Assessment, Care Coordination and Service delivery functions.
