About the Role 🌱

Join a successful and established horticulture and landscaping team with over 8 years in the industry. We're looking for experienced Horticulturists who are passionate about garden care, plant health, and outdoor work.

You'll work in small teams, taking ownership of tasks and delivering high-quality garden maintenance across various sites throughout Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives outdoors and takes pride in detailed, professional work.

What You'll Be Doing 🛠️

• 🌼 Perform turf and garden maintenance to a high standard
• 🌳 Identify and care for a wide variety of plant species
• 🧴 Apply pest control and plant nutrition treatments
• 🚜 Operate and maintain landscape equipment safely
• 🧰 Maintain all tools and machinery
• 🤝 Communicate with clients professionally and courteously

What We're Looking For 👀

• ✅ Previous gardening or landscaping experience (minimum 2-3 years)
• 📘 TAFE qualifications (or currently studying) in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
• 🌿 Strong plant ID and horticultural knowledge
• 💪 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• 🧪 Experience with chemical pest/weed control and fertilisers
• 🔧 Attention to detail and solid work ethic
• 🚗 Manual Driver's Licence (essential)
• 🇦🇺 Australian work rights (required)
