About the role

Chappell Precast Pty Ltd is seeking experienced concrete form workers and concrete workers to join our team in Kurri Kurri, NSW for an immediate start. As a member of our skilled crew, you will play a crucial role in the construction and delivery of high-quality precast concrete panels.

What you'll be doing

Constructing and assembling concrete formwork to precise specifications

Fixing steel reinforcement cages and elements to ensure structural integrity

Maintaining equipment and work areas to the high standards of safety and cleanliness

Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process and safety improvements

Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality control measures

What we're looking for

Proven previous precast concrete and formwork experience

Strong knowledge of concrete casting, reinforcement, and precast panel fabrication techniques

Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Driver licence and own reliable transport

Physically fit and hard working

Experience with hand held power tools
