AWJ is a well-established, family-owned civil construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across NSW. We’re looking for an experienced Concrete Formworker to join our growing team and contribute to a variety of exciting projects.

About the role:

As a Concrete Formworker at AWJ, you will be responsible for:

Constructing and installing formwork for concrete structures such as foundations, footpaths, retaining walls, pits, and slabs

Reading and interpreting drawings and plans

Placing and finishing concrete to the highest standard

Working collaboratively with other trades and site teams

Adhering to strict safety procedures and contributing to a positive safety culture

About you:

Proven experience in civil construction formwork

Ability to read and understand construction drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Physically fit and able to perform manual labour

White Card (Construction Induction Card) — essential

Relevant trade qualifications (preferred but not essential)

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
