We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable individual to join our team. This role will report to the Director of Finance and is responsible for managing and maintaining the hotel's accounts receivable process.

The successful candidate will:
Ensure all debtors are billed along with supporting documentation on daily basis
Respond to guest and debtors queries in relation to invoices
Analyse and approve TA commission invoices
Process guest refunds in a timely manner
Review references prior to providing credit facility to new clients
Develop rapport with clients to recover debts on time
Reconcile and allocate credit card and other payments in AR
Ensure month end procedures are completed in timely manner
Prepare AR reports and conduct credit meetings
Review and audit all transactions from previous day
Perform income audit and cashiering related duties on daily basis
Review high balance report and report to Front Office team on daily basis
Manage cash machine and verify Assistant Manager floats
Conduct weekly meetings with operational heads to review Open folios and PM accounts
Ideally you will have:
Working knowledge of Opera and Infrasys
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Intermediate Excel skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
