Bodhi's Bakehouse has been producing health-focussed baked products in WA since 1981. We distribute to the major supermarkets, health food stores and direct to our many passionate customers via home delivery. We use a broad range of grains and high quality flours to make our unique products in our factory in the heart of Fremantle.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic person to work with our team and help propel the next stage of our evolution.

You will have the following skills:
Organised and reliable
Solid knowledge of breads and breadmaking, and a willingness to learn new techniques
Ability to lead a diverse team
Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety requirements
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment while maintaining a smile!

The production schedule is over 4 days allowing for 3 full days off per week. Would suit a person with artisan as well as production breadmaking experience who wants to develop their skills further and help progress a well-known WA brand.
